This mastermind might be coming at the best time ever.

We just held the Millionaire Symposium event in Las Vegas for hundreds of attendees.

We got Cathie Wood (ARK Invest) and Ross Gerber ($GK) together for the first time ever and they debated Elon’s pay package, the current state of the economy, and the future of Tesla.

Chris Camillo (The "$20k to $60M" trader) talked about his unique trading strategy and how he uses social media to find trends that Wall Street misses.

Ben Mallah (The "$500 Million Real Estate Man") discussed how to scale from one property to dozens or even hundreds of units and how real estate is the best way to predictably build wealth.

What a weekend.

Everyone there talked about a massive opportunity coming.

Chris said something along the lines of, "The largest opportunity comes at the times of the largest change. And we're seeing some of the largest changes in the last one hundred years."

This is exciting and we need to prepare ourselves to be ready for it.

He also said that because of A.I. the window to grow your income with a profession is closing and that you want to become part of the "investor class" as soon as you can so you can take advantage of the equity appreciation from the winners.

And, Ben had a line that stood out to me: “If you want to make money, be around people making money.”

Wealth loves proximity.

The more wealthy people you’re around, the more high-quality ideas and opportunities you’re exposed to and the more your net worth grows.

Get in those rooms. Build those kinds of connections.

At the event, I talked about the secret to getting in those "rooms"...

The "secret," if there is one, is to be valuable. To find and create value for others. To have a REASON they want you in the room.

But I know that it's hard to build high-level connections.

It's hard to find like-minded people.

Yet, our community is full of them.

That's why I'm creating a small in-person mastermind.

I want to build a relationship with the most successful / ambitious of my community.

This is unlike anything I've ever done.

1. We'll meet at a private location, likely every quarter, to discuss Real Estate, Finance, Negotiation, Sales, Marketing, and Business.

2. Special guests will be invited to share their expertise so you expand your knowledge, ideas, and high-end connections. Maybe some of the speakers from our last event will join us.

3. The network we're building might open doors you haven't even considered.

Members, so far, include a CFO from a publicly traded company, the founder of a venture firm with $500m in real estate under management, an engineer at Meta, entrepreneurs who own retail stores, auto centers, vacation rentals, and some who are looking to sell their businesses for 8-9 figures.

These people know the value of connecting with like-minded, experienced, and successful people - and the opportunity and learnings that can come with it.

We plan to limit the initial group to another 20 or so people.

This way it's big enough to build valuable connections but small enough that those connections can be deeper.
